Formula 1 is considering introducing a new rule during qualifying. There is still a lot of uncertainty with yellow flags and so Michael Masi is considering introducing a new test during the United States Grand Prix. Qualifying under a yellow flag Fernando Alonso got off scot-free after setting a fast time in Q1 under a yellow flag.
