The FIA is considering introducing a new measure for infractions during yellow flag situations. This is the view of race director Michael Masi, after the stewards were criticised for not penalising Fernando Alonso for a foul during qualifying in Turkey. Ironically, this comes just days after Alonso's statement, in which he accused the FIA and the stewards of not treating everyone the same.
