F1: United States Grand Prix: Qualifying team notes - Alpine
Pierre Gasly: 'I did not leave much on the table in Q2, so I am not too disappointed with the outcome as that is just where our performance has been this weekend. 'Of course, missing out by 0.022secs to Q3 is a tough one but I was pleased with my lap in the end and we move up to P10 on the grid due to the penalty for Arvid [Lindblad]. It's been tricky to nail a lap here and it has been a challenging weekend for us overall with the car. We are still in the mix for points tomorrow and that is the aim: to take the fight to Racing Bulls. I need to target them at the start, try to get ahead and then see what we can do from there.
