F1TECH: The key upgrades teams brought to the Dutch Grand Prix
Formula 1 returned to Zandvoort following the summer break, and several teams used the Dutch Grand Prix to introduce significant aerodynamic developments. While the narrow and demanding Circuit Zandvoort leaves little room for overtaking, its combination of fast corners, elevation changes and banked turns places considerable emphasis on aerodynamic efficiency and a stable platform. Five teams in particular arrived with notable technical developments. McLaren, Aston Martin, Ferrari and Alpine all introduced substantial aerodynamic changes, while championship-leading Mercedes opted for a much more targeted revision to its front brake assembly.
