Zero positive coronavirus test – FIA

Formula One’s governing body, the FIA has revealed that zero people have tested positive over the course of the last seven days at the Austrian Grand Prix. In order to get the 2020 F1 season up and running, the sport has put a heavily-revised calendar together. Although the financial well-being of teams have been a motivating force behind the relatively early start following the coronavirus-induced shutdown, Formula One and the FIA have stressed on multiple occasions that the safety and health of everyone working at the race weekends would be the first priority.
