F1 partners with The Chemical Brothers for sonic identity

Formula 1 has partnered with The Chemical Brothers to create a new global sonic identity for the championship. ‘We’ve Got To Try’, from The Chemical Brothers’ upcoming album No Geography, was “broken down, re-engineered and accelerated to 15,000 beats per minute to reflect the 15,000 revs per minute that F1 cars are capable of reaching.” The remixed track – given the title of WGTT15000BPM F1 NEEEUM MIX – is accompanied by a series of short films that appear to show a dog behind the wheel of an F1 car.
