Sauber have confirmed that Antonio Giovinazzi will once again stand in for Pascal Wehrlein, with the Ferrari reserve driver taking over the German's seat for the Chinese Grand Prix this weekend. Wehrlein was deemed unfit for the season-opening Australian GP just over a week ago following an accident at the Race of Champions event in January. Although he was able to take part in the second pre-season test, he didn't believe his fitness level would allow him to complete an entire race distance.
