Wehrlein withdraws from Chinese GP, Giovinazzi set for second F1 race
Antonio Giovinazzi will drive the Sauber alongside Marcus Ericsson for the Chinese Grand Prix, with the team hopeful that Wehrlein can return for the Bahrain Grand Prix.
