Don't Panic Mercedes: Wolff
Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff remains calm as the search goes on to find a replacement for world champion Nico Rosberg for 2017. Rosberg shocked the Formula One fraternity when he announced his retirement fresh off the back of winning his first world title but Mercedes are in no rush to name his replacement. Reports have linked William's driver Valteri Bottas to the drive while it is believed that Lewis Hamilton vetoed a proposed move to sign out of contract hot prospect Pascal Wehrlein. Rosberg and Hamilton had a long a storied history together but their relationship soured during the hotly contested 2016 campaign and Mercedes are eager to promote harmony in the garage.
