Penalty points adding up for Kvyat and Vettel
Daniil Kvyat is now just four points away from a one-race ban after his five-second time penalty during the Mexican Grand Prix also came with a penalty point towards his Superlicence. The Scuderia Toro Rosso was adjudged to have left the track and gained an advantage when making a move around the outside of Romain Grosjean at turn twelve at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, and it meant the penalty point moves him to eight within the past twelve month period, with twelve points enough to get a one-race ban.
