Rosberg tops wet day of running in Brazil

Mercedes AMG Petronas Nico Rosberg topped second practice in Brazil after a day of wet weather at Interlagos. Rosberg's time of 1:27.306 was two tenths of a second faster than world champion Sebastian Vettel. Most times were set during the final moments of the session as drivers sought to preserve wet tyres, with further challenging conditions expected across the remainder of the weekend. The wet weather also meant that teams were unable to trial Pirelli's 2014 development tyres, which the Italian company had specifically taken to Brazil.
