Hamilton reveals how he has helped reshape Ferrari behind the scenes
Lewis Hamilton says his role at Ferrari has been less about trying to replicate Michael Schumacher’s transformation of the team and more about using his outside perspective to identify areas where the Scuderia can improve. As Ferrari prepares for its home Italian Grand Prix at Monza, Hamilton has opened up about the work he has undertaken behind the scenes since joining the team and the influence he has attempted to have on its development.
