British GP: Hamilton pips Antonelli for takes Sprint Qualifying pole

Lewis Hamilton thrilled the home crowd by securing pole position for Saturday's Sprint at the British Grand Prix, edging Mercedes title leader Kimi Antonelli by the narrowest of margins in a dramatic Silverstone shootout. The Ferrari driver produced a stunning 1m28.376s in the decisive SQ3 session, beating Antonelli by just 0.011s to claim his first Sprint pole since the 2025 Chinese Grand Prix.
