The Williams driver says he had needed to adjust in order to stop it becoming "mentally draining" on him, due to the amount of commitments in his busy schedule. "It's a busy schedule, a lot of marketing, a lot of media, a lot of commitments, a lot of time on the sim. So you don't get much time to yourself," he told the Beyond the Grid podcast.
