Ex-Ferrari team principal slapped with ban amid cheating scandal

Juventus are not exactly strangers to corruption and scandals in Italian football, with the team being relegated in the 2000s after it was revealed that the team had been involved in match fixing. Now, the team find themselves caught up in the plusvalenza scandal, which saw the entire Juventus board shockingly resign during the FIFA World Cup in November. An investigation into the clubs finances it was found by the Federal Court of the Italian Football Federation that the team had misrepresented their financial losses between 2018 and 2020. Juventus’ punishment is a severe one, with the team being docked 15 points from their current Serie A season, which drops them down to...
