F1 extends its partnership with Porsche Supercup until 2030
Formula One has announced that Porsche’s support series will remain on the F1 calendar until at least 2030, after the two parties signed an eight-year extension of their collaboration. The support series has been a constant fixture on the F1 calendar since it first appeared in 1993, and the extension means the series will have supported F1 weekends for almost four decades. The 2023 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup season will form part of eight European Formula 1 weekends, with the 31st Supercup season kicking off in May as a support to the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix with the finale taking place at the Italian Grand Prix in September.
