F1 teams remained on site at Yas Marina after Sunday's final race of the season, with a full day of tyre testing in collaboration with Pirelli scheduled on Tuesday. Each outfit will field two cars: one machine assigned to a regular driver and the other to a rookie driver, but both with will play an important role in evaluating the final specifications of Pirelli's 2023 product, including a new hard compound that the supplier has developed for next season. But the test will also provide an opportunity for several drivers switching teams as well as for several new young chargers to get acquainted with their new outfit and teammates.
