Pirelli completes in-season testing at the Hungaroring

Formula One's tyre supplier Pirelli concluded its post-Hungarian Grand Prix testing of its 2023 tyre compounds with two days of running at the Hungaroring, with Aston Martin and Mercedes involved and helping the process. Pirelli completed a switch from the 13-inch wheels to low-profile tyres for the 2022 season. In addition to the introduction of the 18-inch wheels, Pirelli has also redesigned the structure of the tyres and the compounds themselves. For the current season, the Milan-based tyre supplier laid out a plan to work on further refinements on its 2023 tyres by completing in-season testing with several teams throughout the year.
