Alpine: We wish Fernando the best for his future

Alpine have issued a statement wishing Fernando Alonso the best after his move to Aston Martin was announced today where he will replace Sebastian Vettel. Aston Martin announced early on Monday, that double Formula 1 Champion Fernando Alonso will be joining the team in 2023 replacing the retiring Sebastian Vettel alongside Canadian Lance Stroll, son of Aston Martin Chairman Lawrence. Alpine said in the statement: 'We wish Fernando the best for his future in Formula 1. Fernando has always been, and always will be, part of the Renault and Alpine family and we’re proud and privileged to have shared so many on-track moments together.'
