Verstappen and Perez to start from back of grid

Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez will both start today's Hungarian Grand Prix from the back of the grid after taking on new engines. Pierre Gasly has also taken on a new power unit but he will start from the pitlane. Having quaslified tenth and eleventh, respectively, the move makes sense for Verstappen and Perez as with 9 races remaining it is inevitable that they will exceed their permitted allocation at some stage over the coming months. Both drivers have used two internal combustion engines to date, along with two turbochargers, MGU-Hs and MGU-Ks, and while Verstappen has used just one energy store and control electronics, teammate Perez has used tweo of the latter.
