2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix F1 lawsuit has global implications
The latest twist in an (under-the-radar) ongoing Las Vegas lawsuit involving Formula 1 World Championship and Liberty Media Corporation against Farid Shidfar’s P2M Motorsports LLC will compel testimony from across the pond. An order by the District Court of Clark County, Nevada grants Formula One and Liberty Media “international judicial assistance under the Hague Convention of 18 March 1970” to take testimony and inspect evidence from Stephen Silk, British managing director and partner of the well-known sports marketing firm, The Partnership Practice.
