Aston Martin confirm Vettel will race in Melbourne

Aston Martin confirmed today, the Sebastian Vettel will be back in the cockpit of the AMR22 for the 2022 Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. The German was sidelined ahead of the 2022 season opener in Bahrain, as he tested positive for Covid-19, which prevented him from taking part in the first race of the new F1 era. The team called in Nico Hulkenberg to fill in for his compatriot at the wheel of the team's 2022 F1 car, the AMR22. Hulkenberg did well given the fact that he has not driven the team's car before, but the team suffered overall with Hulkenberg finishing 17th, as Lance Stroll finished 12th.
