Singapore GP to remain on F1 calendar until 2028

Formula 1 and the promoters of the Singapore Grand Prix have reached a new deal that will see the Marina Bay event remain on the sport's calendar until 2028. Singapour had been a fixture on F1's calendar since 2008 but the popular night race was unfortunately scrapped in 2020 and 2021 due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. The event's previous contract ran until 2021, but following the last two years' cancellations, the agreement has been amended and extended until 2028.
