Why Ferrari's improvement still counts for 2022 despite rule changes

After a challenging year in 2020, the Scuderia made great progress last year. Drivers Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc finished fifth and seventh respectively in the World Championship, whilst the team beat rivals McLaren to claim P3 in the Constructors' Championship. When quizzed on whether these steps forward could be irrelevant in terms of 2022, given the new rules, Binotto denied that this was the case.
