Steiner: "We will improve, because we can't get any worse"

The 2021 Formula One season was not a success for the Haas team. The drivers qualified and raced at the back of the field and didn't get a single point in the end. Guenther Steiner talks about how he keeps his team motivated. Steiner stresses that 2022 should be a significant improvement, as all the focus has been on the development of the car.
