Giovinazzi suggests that 'money rules' after losing F1 seat

The Chinese driver is stepping up from Formula 2 to replace Giovinazzi at Alfa Romeo, with the Italian driver losing his seat after three seasons with the team. In a tweet shortly after it was confirmed that he will depart his race seat with Alfa Romeo, Giovinazzi said "money dictates the rules". "F1 is emotion, talent, cars, risk, speed.
