Newey's bike accident wasn't too bad: 'Exaggerated in the media'
Christian Horner is surprised by the media attention Adrian Newey has received following his cycling accident. According to the Red Bull Racing team boss it was not as serious as media reports suggested. On Motorsport-Total.com Horner tells us that the extent of the accident that befell Newey while cycling in Croatia during the summer break was half as bad compared to media reports. "Things like that are sometimes over-reported", Horner explains. "It's true that he had an accident on his holiday. Fortunately, he's back to full fitness - for a few weeks now.
