'Hamilton tried forcing Verstappen to cut the corner in vain', says Alonso

Fernando Alonso has spoken out about the crash of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen during the Italian Grand Prix. The two-time Formula One champion believes it was nothing more than a racing incident, unlike the collision between the two at Silverstone. "They are two champions who always fight on the limit. I've just seen the incident, and it seems that their position in relation to the kerb was unfortunate," Alonso began, speaking to the Spanish branch of Motorsport.com.
