FIA confirms Perez can participate in the Belgian Grand Prix!

After inquiries from Mercedes to the FIA , confirmation has come that Sergio Perez  can take part in the Grand Prix, provided his car can be repaired in time. If Red Bull repair the vehicle Perez will start from the pit lane. " We hope the weather eases and Perez is allowed to start from the pitlane ," was the FIA's brief message to Red Bull Racing . Michael Masi speaking to Mercedes was a bit more expansive and said that if Red Bull can repair the car then Perez will probably be able to start from the pitlane.
