When Clark led a quintet of Brits at Silverstone

On this day in 1965, Jim Clark conquered his fourth consecutive British Grand Prix win! And it was indeed a very British afternoon dash at Silverstone as the legendary Lotus driver led a quintet of his countrymen to the checkered flag, with BRM's Graham Hill, Ferrari's John Surtees, Lotus' Mike Spence and BRM's Jackie Stewart following the leader. Seen here on the front row rocketing off the grid are Clark, Hill, Richie Ginther and Stewart.
