Hamilton: "It will most likely not be too exciting"

Lewis Hamilton is not expecting much from the new sprint qualifications yet. On Thursday the rules for the sprint races were approved by the World Motor Sport Council and the first sprint race will be held on Saturday in Great Britain. The sprint race on Saturday will determine the starting grid for the Grand Prix on Sunday. This race is only a third of the usual Grand Prix distance, so seventeen laps will be run at Silverstone. The winner of the sprint race will receive three points in the championship in addition to pole position.
