UPDATED: Mazepin and Latifi only F1 drivers penalised for yellow flag breach

A total of eight drivers - Carlos Sainz, Sergio Perez, Daniel Ricciardo, Charles Leclerc, Pierre Gasly, Antonio Giovinazzi, Nicholas Latifi and Nikita Mazepin - were all under investigation for failing to respect double-waved yellow flags when Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel crashed. All drivers except Latifi and Mazepin were cleared of any wrongdoing, with the pair handed 30s penalties and three penalty points each. Vettel and Raikkonen themselves were also summoned to see the stewards for their collision which occurred on the final lap of Sunday’s race. Raikkonen was handed a drive-through penalty from the stewards for the incident, which was converted to a 20-second time...
