Lewis Hamilton 'struggled' on day one of free practice of the 2021 French Grand Prix weekend, the reigning World Champion ending third fastest, a quarter second off the benchmark lap time and predicts rivals Red Bull will be fast at Le Castellet on Sunday. Red Bull's Max Verstappen was quickest of all, but only a mere 0.008s faster than Hamilton's teammate Valtteri Bottas.
