Williams about bargeboard modifications: 'We can only really test in France'

The Williams car has struggled with the wind this season, as many people have said. This is also reflected in the constructors' championship, where the British team is even behind Haas F1 and at the moment at the bottom of the table. The upgrades and modifications to the bargeboards have been applied a while ago, but could not be tested properly in Baku. There was not enough wind for that.
