Red Bull lost the least time in qualifying pace out of all Formula 1 teams

A lot has changed in Formula 1 cars since 2020, despite the fact that the biggest rule changes won't take effect until 2022. In 2021, there was a rule change that has a big impact on the speed of the cars; they are allowed to have less downforce than before. This change is reflected in the lap times. Where the times normally get continuously faster, now everyone goes backwards. For comparison, the qualifying times for Spain in 2021 are held next to the times of the winter test at the same circuit in 2020.
