Second DRS zone added ahead of F1 Portuguese Grand Prix

Article To news overview © F1 There will be a second DRS zone for drivers to use at this weekend's Portuguese Grand Prix, with word that the existing area has been shortened as well. Originally intended to be a one-off event in 2020 as F1 looked to fill their calendar due to the coronavirus pandemic, the series returns to Portimao for the second season in a row. Prior to last season, the last running of the Portuguese Grand Prix came in 1996. The only DRS zone at last year's race came along the main straight, however a second zone has been added ahead of this weekend's race. The new zone will be located between Turns 4 and 5, with the detection point 35 metres before the uphill...
