Romain Grosjean’s farewell Formula 1 test has moved a step closer after he completed a seat fitting. The Frenchman has been keen to have a final test outing in an F1 car to properly say goodbye to the sport after his career was cut short by two races due to the burn injuries he suffered in his terrifying fireball crash at last year’s Bahrain Grand Prix.
