Gasly ready for AlphaTauri team leader role
Ian Parkes Saturday 3 april 2021 15:03 Pierre Gasly is ready to take on the team leader mantle at AlphaTauri, according to team principal Franz Tost. The Frenchman has started only his fourth full season in Formula 1 but takes the lead at the Faenza-based Italian outfit after the arrival of Japanese rookie Yuki Tsunoda, and one-and-a-half years after being dropped by Red Bull.
