Alpine's Fernando Alonso capped off Pirelli's three-day test in Bahrain during which F1's supplier continued the development of its 2022 18-inch tyres. Ferrari's Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz were in action on Tuesday, the pair completing 141 laps at Sakhir onboard the Scuderia's mule car before Alpine took over testing duties on Wednesday and Thursday. Esteban Ocon notched up a trouble-free 100 laps for Pirelli while Alonso racked up a massive 144 for the tyre manufacturer on Thursday.
