Michael Masi doesn't understand the fuss: "It is clearly explained"

After the Bahrain Grand Prix there was a lot of controversy about track limits. The rules around enforcing them in Turn 4 are said to be too unclear or confusing. Michael Masi, the FIA's race director, says according to Motorsport-Total.com, that he feels he has explained it very clearly. "It was clearly explained in the driver briefing and was also stated in the minutes for this event that we would not monitor violations if it was just about lap times. But it was always clear and it is also in the regulations that there should be no lasting advantage."
