Ricciardo looks at Ocon: 'We have to score points with both cars'

Where Daniel Ricciardo has been on the podium twice before Renault in the last few races, there seems to be no luck for Esteban Ocon. The Frenchman dropped out in both races where his team mate drove to the podium. In Imola the Australian was able to make perfect use of the crash of Max Verstappen, which resulted in a podium finish. "I actually thought that we would reach a maximum of fourth there," explains Ricciardo to Auto, Motor und Sport. However, after the crash at Verstappen and Sergio Perez's pit stop, Renault's driver was suddenly in third place and, after a lot of defensive work, managed to secure third place.
