Williams Finally Kill Off Speculation About Perez Joining In 2021

Ahead of last weekend’s Portuguese Grand Prix, amid speculation that George Russell was set to be replaced by Sergio Perez at Williams, acting team principal Simon Roberts added credence to these claims by refusing to confirm the team’s driver line-up for 2021. Roberts has now apologised for the “confusion” he caused and has confirmed that George Russell and Nicholas Latifi will remain at Williams next year.
