Portimao FP2: Bottas tops, Max and Stroll collide

Max Verstappen and Lance Stroll crashed in during the final half-hour of the second free practice for the 2020 Portuguese Grand Prix, causing a red flag stoppage as the lightly damaged cars were removed from the track. The incident occurred when Stroll and Verstappen locked horns during the 90-minute afternoon session, on the brakes, into Turn 1, the Red Bull on the inside sought an early apex with the Racing Point, at speed on the outside aimed for the same piece of tarmac from a later angle and that-was that.
