The 24h of Le Mans is traditionally held every year around the second weekend of June. Due to the corona virus, the event was once moved to September, but in 2021 the race is again scheduled for 12 and 13 June. Formula 1 often has a race on the same weekend, which means that many F1 drivers will not be able to take part in the special race at Le Mans.
