Ferrari goes back to its roots with burgundy red livery to celebrate milestone

Ferrari has gone back to its roots by unveiling a celebratory livery to mark the milestone of its 1,000th grand prix. As confirmed by GPFans earlier this week, the livery for the Tuscan Grand Prix at Mugello - a circuit owned by the Scuderia - is a striking burgundy red. Article continues under video The team claim it is "a faithful reproduction of the shade of red of the very first Prancing Horse Formula 1 car, the 125 F1, which took to the track in the Monaco Grand Prix on 21 May 1950".
