Ferrari to run mid-week at Silverstone for filming day

Ferrari will gain some extra mileage over its rivals next Wednesday when it takes advantage of a filming day to run at Silverstone between the two Grands Prix at the track. Teams are allowed two filming days during the year which are typically exploited to shake down a car during the pre-season period or to undertake promotional filming work. The runs are limited to 100km - which equates to 17 laps at Silverstone - and cars must run on demo tyres supplied by Pirelli.
