"Putting up FIA stewards at each team base" would ensure "fair competition" - Seidl

McLaren team principal Andreas Seidl has suggested basing FIA stewards at the headquarters of each Formula 1 team to ensure regulations are being followed at all times. The regulations in F1 have remained relatively stable for the past few seasons, and as a result, teams have been forced to push the envelope to extract the maximum performance possible.
