Green: New regs will make big teams dinosaurs
Formula 1's new regulations and cost cap will make 'small, lean, efficient' outfits like Racing Point serious contenders, says the team's technical director Andrew Green. Officially granted FIA approval yesterday, the cost cap for 2021 is intended to work alongside 2022's new technical regulations to level F1's playing field.
