'In Formula 1, there's only one person who works that way: Adrian Newey.'
Adrian Newey is one of the most valued people in the Formula 1 paddock. Newey designed his first car in 1988 and since 2006 he has been the brain behind the car of Red Bull Racing. In an interview with Motorsport.com old Formula 1 engineer Enrique Scalabroni admires Newey's work. Scalabroni admires the designers who can design the complete package. For example, he first quotes Mauro Forghieri, who was a designer for Ferrari in the 1960s. "He could do anything. You have to be able to communicate your ideas to the people you work with.
