Pronouncements Horner are consistent with Red Bull's turnaround

For a long time Red Bull Racing was against a lowering of a budget ceiling in Formula 1, but in the meantime the Austrian race stable seems to have changed a bit. This can be deduced from the words of Christian Horner, collected by Motorsport.com. The British team boss emphasises that fans want a driver to make a difference on the track and that it's not the chassis or the engine that should determine the ranking. From 2021 onwards, a maximum amount of USD 145 million per year will probably be used, and in the years that follow this will be further reduced.
